Rabbit is a delicious, low-fat, sustainable protein. It can be cooked in place of chicken in nearly any recipe. Or, get started with one of the recipe ideas below! Rabbit meat takes on the flavor of what it is cooked with, so bring on your favorite sauce or spices. 

 

Whole, dressed rabbits are generally between 3 and 4 pounds. Add something unique to your diet, or enjoy rabbit as a staple of healthy, easy-to-cook meat! Contact us for more information, or fill out the Order Request form below.
